Barre is our 60-minute, ballet-inspired class that combines core stability, light balance, and subtle body resistance training. The class is taught by trained dancers and is guided by heartfelt music. You’ll leave feeling transformed in your coordination and tuned into your posture. All levels are welcome. 85° infrared heat.
What to bring: mat, water, towel, optional light weights, sneakers (recommended for the first portion of class, but not required)
