Class Length: 45 Minutes 

What you’ll need in Studio: Mat, Water 

What you’ll need Virtually: 

dumbbell hand weights light set sets (2 - 3lbs)

dumbbell hand weights medium and heavy set (5, 8, 10 lbs or more depending on your practice)

wrist + ankle weights (1-3lbs)
