Yoga Teacher Training Program

Join us for our 200 Hour Immersion Yoga Teacher Training led by Sam Williams E-RYT-200. Our Yoga Teacher Training is a self-exploration program that will help guide you on your journey to reach your fullest potential as a teacher and/or yogi. Our Fall Yoga Teacher Training is a four-month program and our Winter Yoga Teacher Training is a six-month program. Both programs are offered virtually or in-person and cover the same content. Limited spots available!

At YoBa Studio, Yoga Teacher Training is about more than being trained to teach. Our program is rooted in self-exploration and heart-work. Whether you aspire to teach, or just simply deepen your practice, you belong here. You don't need to know Sanskrit or all of the yoga poses. You don't need to be a certain size or flexible. You don't need a ton of yoga experience. All you need is an open heart and mind and to allow yourself a chance to come along on a journey that is life-changing.

You will experience the physical asana practice, guiding and leading meditations, teaching, and self-growth. We are here to help you learn to teach an empowered, mindful, safe practice through natural teaching. You will dive deep into sequencing, meditation, alignment, philosophy, assisting, history, anatomy, the business of yoga, and much more. This program is designed for those that aspire to deepen their knowledge of yoga, as well as those that aspire to teach.

YoBa Studio is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this 200-hour yoga teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance's standards. Upon completion, students may apply for certification with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

Yoga Teach Training at YoBa Studio is a group program. Interested in private Yoga Teacher Training? Please contact us for more information on pricing and details.

The cost of our program is $3,000, or $2,850 if paid in full upfront. If you’re a YoBa Studio unlimited member you will save 10%! Payment plans are available and will be determined after program acceptance. We do require a $300 non-refundable deposit in order to secure your spot in our program.
