We aren’t just a movement studio. We’re a connection studio. We’re a heart studio. We’re a soul and spirit studio. Yes, we offer a space to move your body and work on the ways that you can tune into it, find strength in it, respect it, and fully live in it. But more importantly, we offer a space to work on your heart, your mind, and your soul. We’re here to to be whatever type of studio you need. It’s as simple as that.

When you keep things simple, it’s easier to focus on what matters. That was the foundation for this rebrand. We want our brand to embody simplicity, be a source of light, and reflect things that matter to us. We want it to reflect who we are. We want it to reflect our commitment to taking care of you and serving you in whatever way you may need. You don’t always need sunshine. Sometimes you need rain. And that’s ok. It takes both sunshine and rain for flowers to grow. We’re not here to tell you what you need, we’re here to guide you to it.

Our classes are built for us to guide and facilitate you, and ultimately help you learn how to be the conductor of your own movement. The foundation, planning, and behind the scenes work of all of our classes is done with you in mind. 

At our core, we always have been, and always will be a safe place for you to come as you are, and take what you need. Our new look is inspired by each and every one of you. You’re the most important part of who we are.
