If you’re craving  light resistance + strength building without the cardio, our Barre 45 class is the perfect fit. 

It may be our lowest impact class, but it brings a high impact vibe. Move to your favorite beats & leave with more core stability, posture awareness, and stronger muscles. 

While our movement is ballet inspired, there is no dance background required. 

This class can be practiced: In Studio or Virtually

Class Length: 45 minutes

What you’ll need In Studio: Just bring yourself. Barefoot recommended.

What you’ll need Virtually:

  • dumbbell hand weights light set (2-3lbs)
  • dumbbell hand weights heavy set (5 lbs)
  • wrist + ankle weights (1-3lbs)
  • resistance mini band
  • resistance long band
  • small exercise balls
  • sliders
  • blocks
