If you’re craving full-body strength & stability without the cardio, our Barre 45 class is the perfect fit. It may be our lowest impact class, but it brings a high impact vibe. Move to your favorite pop hits & leave with more core stability, posture awareness, and stronger muscles you didn’t know you had! 

While our movement is ballet inspired, there is no dance background required. 

This class can be practiced: In Studio or Virtually

What you’ll need: Just bring yourself. Barefoot recommended. If moving in studio, we'll have all the equipment you need to elevate your class. If moving virtually, we recommend the following optional equipment: hand weights (2-5lbs), wrist + ankle weights (1-3lbs), resistance band, small exercise balls, and sliders.
