Learn MoreAt YoBa we believe in moving your body differently each day based on how you feel. While you may initially come for yoga, we hope you stay for our variety of unique classes, ranging from low impact strength & stability to beat driven cardio classes.
Each class is intentionally designed to get you out of your head & into your body, connect movement with music, and give you permission to choose how you want to move. We're here to help you build a safe, sustainable movement routine both inside & outside the studio and help you love the way you move.
Choose between infrared heated or non heated, in studio or live stream, restorative or higher intensity. We have all the movement options you need wrapped up into one membership, plus a community who knows your name.
