REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes class pack purchases, 1-year memberships, and retail items. Clothing items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, unworn, and with a copy of your receipt.

CLASS PACKS

All class packs are non-refundable. 10 class packs expire after 6 months and 20 class packs expire after 9 months. Packs are not shareable between clients, but can possibly be transferable upon discussing with Studio Manager.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS

We understand that things change which is why our membership is no long term commitment. You may cancel your Unlimited membership by filling out this form. Cancellation process can take up to 48 hours. Form must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next auto draft. There are no refunds on auto drafts.

NEED TO BORROW SOMETHING?

Don't worry if you forget something you may need to practice with. All clients can rent a yoga mat for $2 (rentals are complimentary for unlimited members) we also have complimentary yoga blocks and hand towels. *Due to the current pandemic, we are not offering rentals or complimentary equipment. Please bring your own equipment until further notice!

MINIMUM AGE:

All clients must be at least 12 years old to attend any class. Clients between the ages of 12 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.

PHONE FREE EXPERIENCE:

We ask that all cell phones please be removed from the studio and left in the lobby to give yourself and your community a phone-free experience. Please be mindful of additional electronic interruptions such as Apple Watches.
