Why get a membership?

With 7 different class offerings, we hope YoBa can offer the variety you crave all housed under 1 membership.

We encourage all clients to explore and experiment with creating a weekly movement routine that works for your busy life while staying energized and excited about the classes you attend. 

Our YoBa, Signature and Barre movement patterns change every 2 weeks, so there's little chance to get bored with the choreography you'll repeat in class. 

Flow classes are designed by each instructor so you can experience a different class each time you sign up.


What kind of access does my membership give me?

UNLIMITED:
All access to any In Studio or Live Stream class on the schedule

4Xs A MONTH:
4 passes every 30 - 31 days that can be used In Studio or Live Stream.
passes do not roll over at the end of your month. Does not have to begin on the 1st of the month

LIVE STREAM:
All access to any class labeled "Live Stream"

Complimentary with any In Studio membership

Do I get a discount?

What if I need to cancel my membership?

We understand that life changes happen frequently. Each of our memberships are auto drafted, contract free and can be canceled at anytime via our Cancellation / Pause Form

We also recommend a 30 day pause in order to preserve your current Membership Rate. 

To process your request we must receive your Cancellation / Pause Form at least 48 hours before your draft date.

Your cancellation is not considered completed until your form is submitted and we respond via text or email. There are no refunds, so please submit your form with enough time to process before your auto draft.


How many times can I pause?

You have 1 complimentary 30 day pause per year of your membership to hang on to your current rate. We recommend you use your pause wisely! 


I have a membership, but I can't book class. Help!

If you know your membership is active and you're trying to book a class in the future, you're probably booking outside your upcoming draft date!

The system won’t let you book out past your draft date because you don’t have an “active pass” for those dates.

But don't worry! We can add you into whichever class and when you auto draft hits, your account will settle. Send us a text and we'll get you set up and reserve your space.


Can I come to class late?

The short answer: no. Due to the safety of our clients and our team, doors lock AT class time. 


I can't attend a class I booked. What happens?

Pre-booked classes may be cancelled up to 6 hours prior to class start time with no fee. Classes can also accumulate a waitlist, which is why ask for at least a 6 hour notice to accommodate those waiting to get in. 


For any Late Cancel or No Show:

Unlimited: $8 fee per class missed 

4xs A Month: Results in a loss of that class


How can I bring a friend?

ANYONE can bring a friend into YoBa anytime they'd like - we'd love for you to share YoBa with your friends, family and community.

If you're an Unlimited Member, you have an unlimited amount of complimentary Guest Passes for Brand New Clients.

Please TEXT US at 919.568.1381 with your guest's information and we will comp their visit! Friendly reminder that they must attend class with you and their space must be reserved ahead of time.
