  • What sets your program apart?

With 16 years teaching in the industry, over 700 hours in trainings & workshops, and over 10 led Yoga Teacher Trainings, Sam has combined her expertise in multiple different fitness modalities into one training rooted in traditional vinyasa yoga practice with more depth on how the body is truly designed to move through the world.

Moving beyond mere memorization of poses, you’ll learn practical ways of putting it all together in an accessible & human way. Our program is balanced with self-exploration and heart-work that you can put to practice both on & off your mat.

With your entire YTT community by your side, experience the opportunity to share from the heart, learn to speak confidently & clearly in front of a group, practice giving & receiving feedback. Practice being fully present & holding space for others, and create opportunities for personal growth in your relationships, career, family, and more!

  • What’s the expectation on attendance?

We know scheduling out can be hard, but attendance is required for all sessions. Any class time missed will need to be made up with our Program Leaders at an additional cost. All 200 hours need to be accounted for in order to graduate.

If an emergency arises during your training, please contact our studio through text and we’ll have a program leader call you.
